The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the development and execution of major projects from inception to completion. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and ensuring projects align with company goals. The Project Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

•Develop and implement project strategies: Create and execute project plans that align with the company’s strategic objectives. Adjust strategies based on project progress and emerging challenges.
•Lead and manage project teams: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project managers and teams. Set performance goals, monitor progress, and ensure team members have the resources and training they need to succeed.
•Ensure project alignment with company goals: Collaborate with senior management to ensure projects align with the company’s overall business goals and strategic direction.
•Monitor project progress and performance: Track project milestones and deliverables. Analyze project performance data and develop action plans to address any issues or delays.
•Manage project budgets and resources: Oversee project budgets, allocate resources, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or costs.
•Build and maintain stakeholder relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Act as a point of contact for major projects and ensure stakeholder needs are met.
•Prepare and present project reports: Generate regular project status reports andpresentations for senior management. Provide insights and recommendations based onproject performance and market analysis.
•Ensure compliance with project management standards: Ensure that all projectscomply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Implementbest practices in project management and continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications (Education, Certifications, and/or Training):

•Preferred Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
•Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
•Preferred Experience: Experience in the same industry or market, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
Work Environment: This role operates in a standard office environment, with occasional travel to project sites, client locations, and company facilities. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Physical Demands: This role primarily involves sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods. Visual acuity is needed to review detailed project reports and presentations. Occasional travel is required, which may involve long periods of standing, walking, and navigating various locations.
