Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Duties
- Assist in food preparation under the guidance of kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and equipment
- Wash, peel, chop, cut, and cook food items as directed
- Handle and store food ingredients following safety standards
- Support kitchen staff in various tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of kitchen sanitation practices
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
