Requirements:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree and passed the bar exam

2. Exposure to working in a law firm, either through internships or full-time; Knowledge of immigration laws and procedure a plus

3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

4. Speak English and Chinese; as most of our clients are Mandarin speakers 

5.clean record with New York State Bar Association
