Responsibilities:
Provide general accounting support in our accounting department.
Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents.
Maintain and update accounting records, journals, and other financial records.
Prepare a variety of reports for management and other stakeholders.
Assist in the full accounting cycle, following established accounting principles.
Generate invoices for our valued clients.
Collaborate in preparing financial transactions for audits and control procedures.
Safeguard confidential information and keep it secure.
Provide administrative support to the accounting department.
Perform timely account reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve accounting issues or discrepancies in documentation.
Operate in accordance with licable standards, procedures, and laws.
Prepare for the monthly closing of accounting books.
Develop a weekly cash flow plan to ensure payment compliance.
Record fund transfers between companies.
Interact with project cost managers regarding payments, costs, and revenue.
Maintain effective communication with banks for electronic payments and transfers.
Requirements:
Languages: Spanish and Mandarin (REQUIRED)
Exceptional communication skills and ability to make logical decisions.
Knowledge of accounting principles and experience in general accounting tasks.
Organization and effective time management.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to verify document accuracy.
Knowledge of accounting software tools and software packages (e.g., Excel).
Commitment to confidentiality and information security.
Proactive attitude and problem-solving focus.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
Previous experience in an accounting role is a plus.
