【Job Responsibilities】 
 Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the warehouse team, overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity, Develop and implement warehouse operational policies and procedures.
 Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess or obsolete stock 
 Order Fulfillment: Oversee the picking, packing and shipping of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
 Space Optimization: Plan and organize warehouse space to accommodate incoming shipments and ensure efficient material flow
 Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve high performance and meet operational targets
 
【Job Requirements】
 At least five years working experience in warehouse management, familiar with warehouse system management and system operation.
 Able to independently complete the management of outbound/inbound business and control the correctness of inbound and outbound data.
 Distribution and management of daily work content of staff in the warehousing.
 Good communication skills, service awareness and learning ability.
 Fluent in Dutch and English
 Familiar with computer operation and skilled use of office software (MS-Office)
