工作描述

• 用中文、法文和英文提供全面的工作场所技术支持。 
• 提供视频、音频技术支持。
• 维护所有基础设施环境，包括会议室、机房、应用系统、IT等。
• 定期检查机房、会议室。
• 监控IT和网络质量 系统，和网络的故障排除，跟踪和检测，并协助测试和维修。
• 参与IT和系统的分析和部署 实施IT项目，包括基础设施环境升级、IT和系统的上线。

工作

• 完成IT技术培训或大学技术学位
• 有实施IT项目的经验
• 具有高度的责任心、主动性和独立的工作组织能力
• 最好有网络环境方面的，类似于CCNA。
• 流利的法语或流利的英语，以及普通话技能是必须的

Position: IT Support

Job Description

- Provide comprehensive workplace technical support in Chinese, French and English.

- Provide video and audio technical support.

- Maintain all infrastructure environments including conference rooms, server rooms, lication systems, IT platforms, etc.

- Regularly inspect server rooms, conference rooms.

- Monitor IT platform and network quality Troubleshoot, track and detect systems, platforms and networks and assist with testing and repairs.

- Participate in the analysis and deployment of IT platforms and systems Implement IT projects, including infrastructure environment upgrades, go-live of IT platforms and systems.

Job Qualifications

- Completion of IT technical training or university technical degree

- Experience in implementing IT projects

- High level of responsibility, initiative and independent work organization skills

- Preferably certified in a networked environment, similar to a CCNA.

- Fluent French or fluent English, and Mandarin skills are a must!

Work base in

- Huawei Research Institute France (20 Quai du Point du Jour, Boulogne-Billancourt 92100)
